Dourogás Natural intends to be recognized for providing services that seek the excellence of the service provided and understands that the total satisfaction of its customers is the basic principle for the success of the business and the evolution of the company. To this end, it is aware of the strategic importance of implementing a Quality Management System to enhance the company.
The company supports its Quality Policy in the involvement of its employees, in the provision of an effective service that satisfies its customers and that guarantees the safety of people and goods; and the continuous improvement of the ways of acting will guarantee of increased customer satisfaction and, consequently, future success.
Therefore, Dourogás Natural's Quality Policy includes the following tasks:
- The commitment of Top Management to comply with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 in order to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;
- The identification of the requirements demanded by the customer and what are their expectations, in order to increase their satisfaction and consecutively the degree of loyalty;
- Continuous evaluation of the results with customers;
- To promote training programs to its employees;
- To encourage its employees to innovate, promoting the commitment and personal fulfillment of each one;
- That all workers understand and implement the Quality Policy and Objectives and the involvement of all in promoting improvements to the Management System;
- The necessary resources and means;
- That the company's activity is guided in a perspective of continuous improvement;
- A good relationship with Suppliers that make commitments to the quality of their services.
