Quality Policy
Dourogás Natural is aware that the success of organizations is closely linked to their ability to relate to all stakeholders. In order to ensure that these interactions are mutually beneficial, it has implemented an Integrated Management System based on the following standards: NP EN ISO 9001:2015, in terms of Quality; NP EN ISO 14001:2015, in terms of the environment, and NP EN ISO 45001:2019 in terms of occupational health and safety.
Dourogás Natural,
a gas and energy concessionaire, is committed, as formalized in its Policy, to complying with the requirements resulting from the application of these standards and to continuously and effectively improving the Integrated Management System, Service Quality, Environmental Protection and Preservation, as well as Occupational Health and Safety. This commitment aims to achieve the satisfaction of all our customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Therefore, the Quality, Environment, and Safety Policy is consolidated in the following commitments:
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Quality, Environment, Safety, and Sustainability Management System;
- Invest in the development of workers' skills to promote their satisfaction, involvement, team spirit, and sense of responsibility in the performance of their duties;
- Foster partnerships with suppliers, encouraging them to meet the requirements and needs of our organization;
- Promote/improve the company's relationships with stakeholders;
- Establish and periodically review objectives and goals, considering processes, significant impacts, and risks ensuring sustainable development and continuous improvement;
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and requirements related to the activity, as well as other voluntary commitments;
- Periodically review processes, policies, objectives, and goals to ensure their alignment with organizational strategic guidelines and the effectiveness of the Integrated and Sustainability Management System;
- Minimize the environmental impacts resulting from the distribution and sale of low-carbon gas and the incorporation of biomethane;
- Use natural resources efficiently, ensuring environmental protection through the sustainable use of resources;
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and occupational diseases, proactively ensuring high standards in occupational safety and health;
- Identify hazards and eliminate them, minimize and monitor risks, and recognize opportunities in various activities to ensure the safety and health of workers, clients, and visitors;
- Consult and involve workers so they can contribute to the improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System;
- Satisfy customers in the services provided for the distribution and sale of natural gas and the supply of Natural Gas for Vehicles (NGV), seeking in general to meet their needs and expectations in order to ensure their trust and loyalty.
The Management of Dourogás Natural thus ensures that the Quality, Environment, and Safety Policy is implemented, maintained, communicated, and understood at all levels of the organization and made available to other stakeholders, promoting the commitment and participation of the entire organization and annually setting objectives compatible with this policy.
